Arbequina variety
Ripe-green fruity, with clear notes of banana and golden apple. Vanilla touch. The entry into the mouth is smooth and the bitterness is moderate. Retronasally, the banana is accentuated and the slightly more ripe fruitiness of the olive is presented. The spiciness reaches a higher intensity than the bitterness and offers a certain persistence.
